The Marketing Manager plays integral role managing selected brands to create a valued customer experience and grow sales.**Main Activities**:- Understand customer insights and develop a compelling grand message and creative campaign- Lead a cross functional team in the development and implementation of marketing tactics that create a brand experience valued by customers- Communicate effectively with the field sales organization to understand needs an optimize implementation of marketing tactics- Build positive relationships with relevant external stakeholders, key influencers, and opinion leaders within the Industry.- Deliver sales forecast to Supply Chain and ensure forecast accuracy of 80%- Opex planning and monitoring (including adaptations when needed).- Understand, share and ensure the accomplishment of the GPP’s policies.- Create, develop and approve materials in Promomats related to the strategy.- Lead Trilogy Meeting to keep the integration alignment between sales, technical and mkt.- Build robust brand plans for current and/or launch new products and ensure proper execution.- Grow sales through development of strategic marketing plans for selected brands- Enable the use of CRM to analyze, measure and correct main strategies.**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, veterinarians, engineers of administrative professions- Strong leadership skills to influence other people in different functions and levels- Demonstrated problem solving ability with a consultative mindset- Interpersonal and teamwork skills for effective interactions- Communication skills- Deep understanding of their species industry- Project management skills to set priorities and manage multiple tasks- Strong business acumen and problem solving skills- Recognize actively talent in people- Capability to give feedback positive and negative to the team in order to correct or change a behavior- Courage to make changes- Coaching by inspiration to others with open mindset about how to solve problems in a different and creative way- Promote personal development inside the team**Other Information**:- Languages: Fluent in English- Travel: 30% of the timeElanco is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status
