Senior Credit and Collections Analyst**LOCATION:**Toluca, Mexico State, MX, 50160**REQ ID**:38470If you are a current employee click here to apply.To ensure an accurate and timely communication with the customers in order to get the cash according with the terms set by Sealed Air in agreement with the customer, and reducing accounts receivable delinquency; as well as provide a high quality of leadership to work and supervise a group of credit and collections representatives**Responsibilities**- Preparation and review weekly reports to track levels of past due- Daily team management for professional development and performance evaluation- Coordinate weekly and monthly calls with local teams to review delinquent accounts and set strategies to decrease the amount of past due- Review, analyze and calculate the bad debt provision- Ownership of all credit and collections processes in the region- Monthly management reporting- Ensure compliance with all Corporate policies, Ownership, and execution of SOX controls- Will accomplish other tasks required in the collection process**Skills and Experience**- Bachelor in Accounting or Administration- Fully Bilingual English/Spanish- 3 years in credit and collections- High sense of Order- Responsibility- Integrity and Ethics- Good communication and continuous improvements on the processes- Supported internal and external Auditing- ERP Knowledge (SAP, SBO, JDE)Requisition id: 38470Relocation: NoThe Company is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants for employment and to all employees, without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, protected disability, veteran status, or any other protected status in accordance with applicable federal, state or local laws.LINK1 MON1**WHY WORK AT SEALED AIR?**It is our responsibility to leverage what we have to affect positive and meaningful change for our communities and planet using Sealed Air’s global resources and expertise.Corporate sustainability.
