At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource Business Partner to join our team based at our site in Mexicali.As a Human Resource Business Partner, your role will be to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. As a HRBP you will implement and embed programs that cascade from the broader HR team that connect the business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work.You will coach business leaders to look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.On a day-to-day basis your role will include;Driving and delivering the employee engagement action in the sitePartnering with the central HR team to support in the delivery of HR standardisation and consistent operating practices that drive efficiency and effectivenessGuiding the site leadership team on principles of organisational effectivenessLeading the site talent review processes ensuring value from the process and ensuring progressive improvements in succession plan populationManaging the HR Employee Relations remit to deliver an excellent HR service to the sitesSupporting in local corporate social responsibility initiatives, such as charitable activities and community eventsDriving the delivery of DEI&W agenda at both sitesSeeking opportunities to be a part of global group projects that support your individual developmentWhy join our Team?We are an organisation that prides itself on its people, culture, values and safety.
