The resource is expected to be hands on technology professional with primary focus on operationalization of small to large scale data pojects / data pipelines, productionize to make it available for analytics consumption and guarantee compliance with data governance and data security requirements.The resource is expected to closely collaborate with the Tech Lead and other data team members to deliver quality solutions to support the business needs.Supervisory Responsibilities: NoneMandatory Skills: Snowflake, Matillion ETL, SQL, PythonJob Responsibilities:- Work with Data Team to code integrations into Snowflake EDW.- Developing Matillion ETL pipelines in and out of data warehouse using combination of SQL and Python.- Monitor and manage ongoing integrations to maintain functionality.- Participate in solution design meetings to understand the data ingestion and transformation requirements and create design documents for development and implementation of data pipelines.- Build & test transformation jobs to transfer and transform the data between layers of the EDW and/or prep data for external integrations.- Provide production support for EDW issues such data load problems, transformation translation problems.- Drive standardization of process and security requirements.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in STEM discipline or equivalent in Computers, Information Technology- 7-10 years of architecture or engineering experience in building data pipelines, ETLs, data platforms, data products, distributed data systems or AI/ML- Excellent understanding of Snowflake platform and integration of Snowflake with other data processing and reporting technologies. Snowflake certified or trained.- Minimum 2+ year of designing and implementing a fully operational production grade large scale data solution on Snowflake Data Warehouse.- Experience building data ingestion pipeline using Matillion ETL.- Proficient with SQL and Python coding.HARMAN is an Equal Opportunity /Affirmative Action employer.
