Communicating with appropriate focals to ensure accuracy.**Responsibilities**:- Data Gathering and Invoice Creation, following Billing Process- Input Aditional Resource Units/ Reduce Unit charges, Base base charges and Contractual billing. Annual charges and adjustments.- Work on ad hoc requests- Delivery of Invoices- Resolve Invoices Questions from Client with Contract FA- ECA / COLA calculations- Tax / Tax Recons- Accounts Receivables- Late Payment Fees**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**Proactive attitude, self-drivenAttention to detailClient relationship, leaverage professional networksAdvanced English Written and spokenExcel**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**Ability to work with cross-functional teamsNegotiationCommunicationProblem solving skillsAdvanced Excel**Required Education**High School Diploma/GED**Preferred Education**Bachelor's DegreeKyndryl is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
