Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic. In this exciting role as a Quality Systems Liaison & Architect, you will be involved in various quality activities and processes of Medtronic Diabetes (MiniMed). This key role will manage cross-site QMS implementation and Agile Change Requests, drive milestones and deliverables and manage program execution while ensuring compliance with established external standards and internal requirements.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.* Support development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.* Leads process for data Change Requests in the quality management system tool (currently Agile).* Liaise with all departments and **cross-site** on quality management system content changes for long term implementation planning. Internal customer relationship and skills are key.* Supports audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings and liaises with auditing groups and inspectors through all stages of the audits.* Prepares metrics, reports and/or necessary documentation and provides to applicable stakeholders. Good time management is essential to this role.* Facilitates uniform standards worldwide and enables best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of company's mission globally.**SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM:**Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals.
