We help employers manage their mobile workforces to save time, money, and frustration.**What You’ll Do**- Set up new clients in QuickBooks- Generate and send detailed invoices to customers- Proactively research, track and resolve invoice problems or discrepancies- Proactive and timely response to internal and external client inquiries- Assist the accounting department with account reconciliations and month end as needed- Provide general accounting and clerical support to the accounting department**What We’re Looking for In You**- Superior attention to detail and conscientious attitude relating to the quality of work.- Comfortable working under pressure with multiple and evolving priorities and deadlines- Methodical and organized work style—maintains notes, records, schedule, to-do lists.- Takes initiative; proactive approach; asks questions to ensure understanding/clarity.- Ability to communicate both courteously and professionally with internal and external contacts alike- Ability to work well independently and within a team**What You Need**- Bachelor’s degree (required)- Prior accounting or related experience in a corporate setting (preferred)**What You Will Enjoy**- Competitive salary- WFH days after initial training period- Benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans- 401(k) Plan- Paid time offWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
