Our focus is not only on our People, but as well on our Planet: protecting the environmente is one of the main targets to which we dedicate all our efforts to develop products and more efficient and sustainable solutionsMISSIONEnsure correct performance of the assembly lines by installing assembly lines or equipment, and carrying out continuous improvements.GENERAL FUNCTIONSDetermine installation procedures by reading schematics, manuals, or other specifications.Set up and test the machinery, assembly lines or other industrial equipment to ensure they work properly.Install and assemble mechanical parts, industrial electric or electronic devices, and pneumatic or hydraulic equipment, according to drawings or technical specifications.Play an active role in building or modifying assembly lines, and support the Process Engineer in selecting and installing equipment, as well as related facility projects.Install, modify and/or repair hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and systems.Share experiences about assembly or equipment with Process Designer and Process Programmer in new project design phases.Participate in any processes to create a machine, from concept to manufacturing.Monitor process operations based on process standards.Provide ideas and corrective actions for ongoing manufacturing issues.Operate drilling, lathe, press, grinders or other machines to modify parts of the assembly lines/machinery.Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices.
