We are constantly improving our operations and looking for new ways to meet our Customer's needs through continuous improvement.***:The role of the Document Control Specialist is to ensure all customer/regulatory documentation is free from errors and maintained as specified by all applicable regulations.**OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Adhere to all Company Policy & Procedures and Department Procedures.- Operate within the quality manual, procedures and work instructions of the company.- Create documentation for use by inspectors, including (but not limited to):- Bubble Drawings- First Article Inspection Reports- Device History Records- Review completed document packages for completeness and accuracy. Works cross-functionally to resolve issues.- Creates Certificate of Conformance for products sold by MASS Precision, as specified by the customer.- Obtains 3rd party certifications and appends to document packages as required, including (but not limited to):- Raw Material Certifications- Finish Certifications- Paint Certifications- Submits documentation packages to the customer as required, in accordance with specified due dates.- Maintains MASS Quality Management System (QMS).- Reviews existing documentation to ensure suitability and adequacy.- Maintains revision control of all documentation.- Maintains QMS structure and ensures information is available to interested parties.**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**:- Ability to multitask and complete all assignments in a timely manner with accuracy.- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.- Detail oriented.- Ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish organizational goals.- Ability to type 40 words per minute.- Experience with DISCUS or Solidworks Inspection preferred.- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 requirements.**EDUCATION & TRAINING/EXPERIENCE**:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Associate / Bachelors degree preferred.- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience.Ability to commute/relocate:- 45690, El Salto, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
