Located in our Toluca DC, you will be on charge to Ensure the administration of belt cuts at the times established by clients correctly, in quantity and types of products to meet or exceed their expectations.**Key responsibilities**:- Enforce the production of the IPT band areas in accordance with the daily program through correct inventory management, as well as supervision of order processing, billing, and shipping of finished product. In addition to monitoring statistics on production levels, deliveries, and sales.- Increase the productivity of the IPT time band areas through analysis for the development of new products, design, and development of tooling for process improvements.- Support meeting the sales objectives of the IPT commercial area through the management of production factors (land, labor, capital, and technology).- Comply with the procedures of the Environmental and Safety Management System corresponding to your area of responsibility.**ABOUT YOU**- 6 months of experience in similar position.- industrial engineer or similar- Intermediate English- Management of Machinery and Tools- Knowledge of Quality Control- Office management- Leadership- Work under pressure- Proactive- Integrity- Communication- Initiative- Teamwork**WHY GATES?**Founded in 1911 in Denver, Colorado, Gates is publicly traded on the NYSE.
