Together with your team you will work on guarantee all accounting processes from the 3 markets by managing and leading according to H&M values and guidelines.- Key responsibilities include:_- ** Financial statements and reporting**: Generate and ensure accuracy and legal conformity of required accounting reports. Collaborate, establish procedures and follow up with other departments to ensure timely reporting.- Report to the region according to IFRS- Set routines and follow up on stock booking and intercompany transactions- Communicate with external audit authority- ** Leadership Expectations**: Manage and execute recruiting, training, developing and succession planning for the accounting department team. Ensure that all employee relation responsibilities are fulfilled.- ** Taxes and cash flow**: Guarantee tax and VAT payments according to legal demands. Generate cash flow forecast and ensure liquidity.- Align routines in all fiscal markets to promote an efficient way of working in the whole sales market- Align Routines between countries and support efficiency/decrease bureaucracy- Ability to maintain a good network with other functions- Explain and follow up administrative routines within Accounting to other functions- Understand and meets the legal obligations regarding national laws and regulations**Requisitos**:Besides your personality we see that:- You are proactive and take ownership and responsibility for that the work is being done- A degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration- Ability to maintain a good network with other functions- Understand and meets the legal obligations regarding national laws and regulation from MX, CO and EC.- Strong data management skills - analytical, structured, ability to synthesize information and draw conclusions- 5+ years of managing teams- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint- ** Fluent written and spoken English**Información adicional**Additional Information**We’re more about personality and competence than qualifications, so don’t worry if your skills aren’t a perfect match.
