In this role, you will be responsible for gathering essential data from Amazon platforms and third-party sites, consolidating and organizing the information, to create reports and dispersing it across Americanflat as needed.**Responsibilities**:- Collect and analyze data from Amazon Vendor and Seller Central interfaces to track sales performance, inventory levels, pricing trends, and customer feedback.- Utilize advanced Google Sheets formulas such as FILTER, XLOOKUP, QUERY, SORT, MATCH, and INDIRECT to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing sales strategies, pricing, and product offerings.- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular validation and quality checks.- Stay updated on Amazon marketplace trends, policies, and best practices to inform data analysis and strategy development.**Requirements**:- Proficiency in analyzing data using Google Sheets, with a strong understanding of advanced formulas and functions.- Experience working with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central interfaces preferred.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling large datasets.- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and present findings to stakeholders.- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.**Personal Attributes**:- Adaptable, resourceful, able to work within and navigate ambiguity- Prioritization shifting and ability to multitask- Creative and curious - find a better way- Strong interpersonal skills - diplomatic, tactful, excitable but balanced- Friendly and overall helpful behavior- Passion for problem-solving- A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions with an action-oriented point of view (‘I intend to”)- Self-motivated and assertive with the ability to hunt down answers and drive solutions autonomously**Perks & Benefits**:One of the greatest advantages of being part of Americanflat is the opportunity to collaborate with exceptionally talented individuals Get a firsthand experience of the dynamic work culture in our fast-paced art company.- 100% Remote Environment- PTOs & Wellness Days- Parental Leave- Bereavement Leave
