_**EHS Specialist**_**EXPERIENCE**:5 years working experience in industrial sites, as electrical, automotive, metal mechanic, press, machines welding an cutting processes, been in charge of the Safety, Health and security.**MAIN JOB & DUTIES**:- Providing advice, guidance, instruction & training in all EHS matters to management & employees.- Attend the safety recommendations by Insurance company.- Drive a positive safety culture program (Best Practices, Near Miss, Safety Instructions, Safety Campaigns).- Lead and follow the guidelines of Safety the contractors.- Implement program to avoid any accident with activities of risk such as : Electrical Works, Space Confined, Work at heigh, Chemical Substances, Welding & Cutting, and power industrial vehicles.- Lead & Maintaining ISO 45001:2018 & ISO14001:2015 standards in line with regulatory & corporate requirements.- Developing and implementing EHS policies, inspection practices and procedures to comply with regulatory obligations and best practices.- Identification of workplace hazards, carrying out suitable risk. assessments and implementation of appropriate actions to control risks (Risk assessment in machinery & workstations).- Collaborate with team in the design of Lay Out to ensure the safety legal requirements and avoid any risk.- Train the engineers of the site to ensure the safety standards accomplished.- Conducting regular Safety audits and assisting management in planning/implementing corrective actions- Design and delivery of Company Health and Safety Training Program.- Management of all accident/incident investigations and close out of corrective actions- Liaise with Medical Service on work-related injuries and illnesses, and health yearly program regarding to prevention activities (awareness, health weeks, drugs detection, yearly medical examination, follow up of of employees with chronic diseases.- Lead emergency response program & coordinate the emergency brigades.- Coordinate the efforts to improve the ergonomic program.**SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES**:- Education: bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Environment Engineer, or related field.- Knowledge of EHS best practices, ISO 45001, Safety standards, emergency response, risk assessments in machinery and workstations, ergonomics, design of work stations with safety rules, accident investigation,- Project management and ability to meet deadlines.- Strong Analytical skills- Excellent communication- Focused on results & problem solving.- Fluent in English.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: Hasta $45,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuenta con experiência en las Normas ISO 45001:2018 y ISO14001:2015?- ¿Ha tenido experiência laboral en sitios industriales, como procesos eléctricos, automotrices, metalmecánicos, prensas, máquinas de soldadura y corte, a cargo de la Seguridad?- ¿Cuenta con titulo y/o cédula profesional?Idioma:- Ingles Avanzado (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
