Assist Purchasing Manager to supports the regional supply function, ensuring continuity of supply through analysis of key metrics.- Develop and manage new vendor on-boarding process including terms, compliance, set up forms, lead times, payable and tracking of all related information.- Executes vendor performance evaluations to ensure technical excellence for product.- Prepares supplier development program to improve overall supplier performance.- Assists in identifying and developing department tools and methodologies.- Have the ability of business negotiation.**Requirements**:- Bachelor´s Degree.- Advanced English.- Purchasing experience in plastic industry.- More than 3 years of experience in the purchasing area.
