Write the next chapter of your ABB story.**:**This position reports to**:IS Source Systems Manager**Your role and responsibilities**:The IS DevOps & Data Quality Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data solutions and automated workflows to enhance insights into data quality and ensure consistency between source and target systems. The engineer showcases a combination of skills in DevOps, data integration, automation, AI, and software development, with a strong focus on optimizing data processes. This role involves ensuring that data within the A3 platform is accurate, complete, and reliable. The DevOps & Data Quality Engineer will collaborate closely with source teams, architects, and developers to establish, monitor, and improve data quality standards. Key responsibilities include reporting and monitoring on data confidence, identifying issues with data loads, and maintaining high-quality data throughout its lifecycle. The work model for the role is Hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Core IS Services. You will be mainly accountable for: - Designing, developing, and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions and working extensively with Snowflake for data warehousing and cloud-based data solutions. - Developing and integrating data pipelines and workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF), implementing API-based integrations for seamless data flow across systems and automating data processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. - Ensuring data quality reporting to identify anomalies and maintain high data integrity and exploring and integrating LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI-driven solutions for data analysis and automation. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data pipelines and automation processes and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders.**Qualifications for the role**:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields such as Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.- Hands on Solution Architecture, Software development, Data Governance and Quality Assurance experience- Proficiency in DevOps, Azure Solutions Architect, SQL, Snowflake, ADF, Monitoring Tools and Data Ingestion Metrics- Strong Cross-Functional Collaboration Skills along with continuous Improvement and Automation**More about us**:
