Traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NTSE: SUP),Superior Industries had 2022 annual revenues of approximately $1.64 billion.**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:Responsible for the development and implementation of process improvement projects, analysis, design, management and improvement of methods and definition of work standards, using engineering techniques.**EDUCATION**:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer or related field.**EXPERIENCE**:- 3 years of professional experience in a similar position- Experience in civil works, as well as mechanical and electrical installations.**KNOWLEDGE**:- Lean Manufacturing, Autocad and SolidWorks.- Time analysis, Process Improvement Projects.- Experience in handling QAD system, BOM´s and Routines.**ENGLISH**:- Advanced Level.**SKILLS**:- Proactive & Self-directed.- Leadership & Teamwork.- Analytical & Systemic thought.- Strong ethics.**COMPETENCIES**:- Results Driven- Interacting with People at Different Levels
