**What we offer**:What We Offer:- Career Development- Competitive Compensation and Benefits- Pay Transparency- Global OpportunitiesDematic provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.**Tasks and Qualifications**:**Essential Role and Responsibilities**To be successful in this demanding role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:- Responsible for implementing part or all of the solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed Functional design- Responsible for successful implementation of SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients- Responsible for Variant configuration, Formulation of VC Master data, dependencies and VC Prototypes- Knowledge and experience of intercompany processes in SAP- Design and implement core functionalities of SAP in production execution, production planning, MRP, Backflush, Quality Management, BOM, Routers, Product Costing, Shopfloor systems- Designing and Configuration of Supply Chain Management and production support in SCM functional area to implement the QM solution- Responsible for deploying QM system to meet business strategy across functional teams and writing the technical documentation for QM process- Facilitates the gathering of requirements, designing, implementing and supporting SAP Production Planning to enhance the clients’ business functionality and performance- Configure the SAP system in the areas of SAP PP QM to meet the requirements collected during blueprinting work sessions- Participates in meetings and build trust with internal business customers, understand business objectives and seeks alignment- Engage with Key Users and Business partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to solution design- Analyzes and develops functional specifications and communicates to technical developers in order to develop the required solutions in the most efficient way- Monitor and present periodic status to stakeholders- Monitor Risks / Issues and prepare appropriate mitigation plans- Ensure best practices are followed and required processes and specifications are documented**What We Are Looking For****Qualification Requirements**- SAP Production Planning & Quality Management with S/4HANA Implementation Experience- Must be able to fluently communicate in English- Experience with global, large scale ERP implementations- Business and Process Knowledge- Cross functional knowledge in business domains- Excellent time-management/schedule skills; ability to meet deadlines.- Results-oriented and demonstrated experience in leading work sessions with multiple stakeholders.- Willingness to travel up to 10% in US and EMEA- Bachelor’s Degree or higher- 8+ years of experience in SAP Production Planning Module of SAP required- Should have experience working in at least 2 S/4HANA Implementation projects- Strong functional knowledge on the SAP PP QM, and overall SAP functional knowledge (integration with other components / modules) required- Experience of Formulation of VC Master data like Characteristics, Characteristic Values, Class, Configurable Material, Configuration Profile, Object Dependencies and Dependency Net and its assignment to various objects- Experience on VC Prototype or VC POC, Variant Characteristics- Experience working on production execution, production planning, MRP, Backflush, Quality Management, BOM, Routers, Product Costing, Shopfloor systems and integration with SD, MM/ IM, QM and WM- Thorough exposure on Product Costing Functionality- Good experience in end to end processes of SAP Production Planning and execution (Demand Management, Sales and Operations planning, MRP, Long term planning, Flexible Planning, Production order management and execution, Order settlement and Product costing)- Understanding the integration with various SAP modules like MM, CO, PM, WM, SD and FI- Should be able to write functional specs and work with technical team on enhancements, user exits- Will be required to prepare instruction manuals and training material for end user training- Should have experience and should be able to give solutions for business requirements and guide the team on data migration- Should have experience preparing data migration templates- Should have experience in data extracting, cleansing, and uploading the data.- Should have
