**Job Title**: PCBA Quality Management Systems Engineer**Job DeEscrituraion Summary**: The PCBA Quality Management Systems Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) through the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management systems. This role involves working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to monitor and improve product quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) for PCBA production to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IPC standards, and other relevant industry standards.- Work collaboratively with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to establish quality assurance processes and protocols for new product introductions (NPI) and ongoing production.- Conduct regular audits of internal processes, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with established quality standards and identify areas for improvement.- Analyze quality data and metrics from production processes and customer feedback to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).- Develop and implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods and other quality control tools to monitor and improve production processes.- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance best practices, tools, and techniques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of quality assurance activities, including inspection records, test reports, audit findings, and CAPA documentation.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality engineering, preferably within the electronics manufacturing industry.- In-depth knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards such as IPC-A-610 and ISO 9001.- Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies, including Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, and SPC.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive data-based decision-makingTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Sistemas de calidad: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
