Description: Understand and Assess Customer APQP Status with all customers to create a detailed roadmap that outlines all pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities. Break down tasks, assign responsibilities, and set realistic timelines to ensure smooth execution for current projects Plan, execute and lead targeted product launch plans with Launch team to ensure successful milestones achievement. Review and Assess Daily activities performed by customer to address Quality, Production, and capacity concerns related to their projects in launch. Communicate and Escalate Risk conditions that would affect customer relationship with end customer Monitor and coach Daily challenges that affects successful project launches Report on Daily Basis to customer current situation, progress, and strategies to be followed to address concerns that would negatively impact the customer Coach and manage two program engineers to execute all the activity. Drive the cultural change to ensure a responsible follow up on APQP projects.
