This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in coffee craftsmanship, and the ability to create an inviting café experience for guests.**Key Responsibilities**:**Coffee & Beverage Operations**- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.- Develop and implement innovative coffee recipes and seasonal menus.- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in proper working condition.- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in compliance with hotel policies and health regulations.**Leadership & Team Management**- Train, mentor, and supervise baristas, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.- Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to ensure smooth operations.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the team.**Customer Experience & Service Excellence**- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.- Promote and educate guests about the coffee selection, origins, and brewing methods.**Inventory & Financial Management**- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.- Control costs and minimize waste by implementing efficient stock management practices.- Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies to boost revenue and customer engagement.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience as a Barista, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.- Extensive knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, latte art, and espresso machine maintenance.- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.- Advanced English level (B2+)- Barista certification or relevant hospitality training is a plus.
