**Training is done onsite. This position will transition to hybrid after satisfactory completion of both the training period and meeting performance expectations, usually by 120 days after hire. The hybrid model will then require you to work a minimum of two to three days per week in the Gate 1 Travel office location at Calzada De Guadalupe 438, 07800, Industrial, CDMX with the balance of days from home, in accordance with the company's needs.****Description**As a Reservations Service Agent, you'll handle inquiries such as: making modifications; answering questions about trip components, including air, hotels, car rentals and optional tours; assistance with website navigation; and making sure that all aspects of reservations are completed accurately so that customers enjoy a smooth, perfectly organized vacation. This position also handles overflow calls from the Sales department during periods of high volume by welcoming callers, answering questions about destinations, and creating new reservations.**Requirements**:- Advanced English Fluency. Strong verbal command of English with ability to communicate clearly and articulately. B2-C1 or native. 100% of the customers are assisted in English only. Training will be delivered in English only.- Minimum 1-year experience as Reservations Call Center Representative in English serving US-based customers.- Tourism/travel reservations experience is highly preferred, and GDS knowledge is highly preferred.- Full-time availability. Currently, our schedules are within the hours of Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 9:30 pm ET, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 6:00pm ET.- Regular punctual attendance is a requirement.
