Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:_- Assist the quote team with the development and growth of business with new and existing customers.- Be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and competitive responses to customer quotations- Assist the Quote team in the preparation of quotations for customers.- Plan, implement and oversee all activities related to the quotation process.- Complete the detailed Cost models for each quote, ensuring correct processes, content and verify all assumptions with Business teams and operations.- Financial Analysis and Product costing knowledge.- Ensures that adequate resources are allocated to the quote activity.- Coordinates quoting activity including multi-site/multi-regional quotations.- Drives issue resolution with internal and external customers.- Keeps clear and accurate records of all quotations and customer documentation.- Receives, reviews and distributes all quotation materials to the team. Understands the critical pieces of data needed to successfully complete a quote.- Coordinates and collects all final quotation components (final pricing, costed BOMs, test requirements, logistics, NREs, assumptions, etc.).- Produces final proposal: Quote letters, business proposals, pricing matrix, surveys.- Provide final pricing and financial assumption to be included in quote letter.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related.- Demonstrates knowledge of materials and manufacturing understanding of Flex and related business.- Product knowledge, BOM's, (structures),- Advance Microsoft excel skills, quick learner- Ability to support several managers, multi-task efficiently and work as a team member.- Ability to be flexible to changes in work priorities.- Assertive communication skills, abstract, conceptual and holistic thinking.- Self-starter- Trouble shooting/ problem solving skillsWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.Job CategoryOperations
