**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a ERP Senior Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).**Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)**2) Provide production support for implemented SAP Solution3) Provide support on incidents related with issues on assigned Module4) Provide Functional Specifications for solutions that require development and work with the ABAP team and track developments to closure5) Perform testing for solutions delivered by the ABAP or other teams6) Train users on implemented solution and provide clarifications and consulting support7) Provide break-fix resolution, analyze technical impact, and perform code and data fixes8) Follow approved processes and executes tasks (support and development)9) Understanding of functionality and expected solution and resolutions10) Interface with software package vendor and other module consultants for issue resolution regarding standard functionality, technical solution11) Must possess a broad knowledge of all SAP modules and particularly touchpoints and integrations between different SAP modules12) Perform root cause analysis, solution identification and implementation and be responsible for solution quality and SLA Adherence for issues handled**Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)**1) Intermediate Level (3 to 5 yrs) of SAP experience3) **Travel**:This position requires no Travel4) **Location**:This position will be at NTT DATA Delivery Center / Remote5) **Degree: Graduate in Engineering, Computer Science or similar**6) **Language: Should be able to Read, Write and Speak in English****Nice to Have; (But not a must)**1) Experience in Manufacturing industry2) Experience with Global SAP Implementations3) Experience working on Global and Multilingual teams**About NTT DATA Services****NTT DATA Services is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regarding to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
