**JR Quality Engineer**:**Reponsabilities**:- Implement quality systems/processes related to new programs and projects.- Follow up of corrective action reports, including customer complaints, advanced product quality planning (APQP), including PPAP, FMEA and control plan creation, SPC and MSA, inspection and test. Facilitate Continual improvement efforts.- Implementing operational metrics to support day to day product quality system.- Resolving quality issues.- Development of measurement system to meet customer requirements and facilitating continuous improvements activities.- Must be able to write, review and verify applicable specifications.- Support manufacturing, engineering, and quality in identification of root cause defect analysis and correction.- Process audits and analysis.- Implement incoming inspection procedures.- Initiates corrective action request as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion.- Non-conforming materials and MRB, Material review board management.- Provide technical support for all inspection processes.- Review and approve Engineering Change Orders (ECO).- Work together with relevant teams and departments to improve products.- Brainstorm ideas to create solutions for identified problems.- Document results and findings after inspections are carried out.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred Mechanical, industrial, electronic.- Extensive experience in a quality assurance environment required.- High proficiency in computer technology and systems operations- In-depth understanding of industry market trends and conditions- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Able to work efficiently in a team environment.
