We need the best talent to help us deliver on our promise, increase our reach, and maximize our impact on the planet and people's lives.**:- **_Come help us build the next Mexican Unicorn with US while contributing towards a better Planet_****The Role**: As an Art Director and Brand Strategist you will be accountable for continuing the legacy of Birdman as one of the most recognizable emerging brand in recent years. You will be responsible, together with the marketing manager, of defining Birmdan's tone, written and visual communication direction as well as will be directly in charge of executing and managing Birdman's creative work, through both internal teams and agencies, making sure that every material (websites, social, print, labels, video, photo, copy, brochures, long etc...) complies with the Brand's values, communication guidelines as well as with the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.**Key responsibilities**:- Define the brand's identity, communication tone and visual communication guidelines.- Developing visual concepts and designs that align with our brand's identity and meet the needs of our clients and marketing teams.- Oversee all creative projects, from conception to delivery, ensuring the highest standards are met and aligment with the Brand's values are achieved.- In charge of the production of all of Birdman's artwork, such as photos, video, blogposts, logos, packaging, and promotional materials.- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.- Manage and develop a team of internal creative collaborators to ensure the best quality creative throughput is achieved.- Work together and manage the relationships with creative agencies and external collaborators to generate highly specialised and high quality materials.- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products.- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability).- Design labels and packaging of our products considering budgets and materials.**Requirements**:**Basic qualifications (must-haves)**:- BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field.- 7+ years relevant design and or creative experience.- 2+ years managing people/teams.- Proven experience creating artwork of extraordinary quality.- Proven experience contributing to generating memorable brands.- Experience desiging product packaging.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.- Attention to visual details.- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts.- Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role.- Expertise with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.**Desired qualifications (nice-to-haves)**:- Work experience as a Creative Director.- Experience with projects for a Plant-based, Sports or Healthy Brands.- Kowledge of Birdman's products and aligment to the plant-based or fitness lifestyle.- Experience working in a fast-paced enviroment, managing teams to ensure not only quality, but throughput.- Experience implementing systems to manage the creative process and work.- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role.- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus- Team player with strong communication and presentation skill**Benefits****Birdman Highlights**:- An inclusive and collaborative environment where all ideas are welcome, iteration is encouraged, and the best ideas are adopted- Competitive compensation + variable incentives- Generous time off to take time away from work and recharge
