**ELECTRO COMPONENTES DE MEXICO****Solicita**:**Business Analyst Leader****Descripción y Requisitos**This position supports the ongoing maintenance of the ERP system (primary Infor BPCS/LX 8.1/8.4), oversees the implementation of upgrades and new modules, and drives continuous improvement to business process and business results based on the enterprise capability of the ERP solution. Coordinates ERP maintenance and enhancement efforts to leverage enterprise resources, knowledge, and best practices.**_ Education_**_ _**:- Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience.**_Experience_**_ _**:- Three years of leadership responsibility managing midsize to large teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.**_Knowledge/Skills_**_ _**:- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills to influence management, as well as internal and external partners.- Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects to drive business improvements.- Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate between business requirements and technical design and implementation.- Demonstrated leadership abilities, as well as effectiveness in matrix management and team building.- Demonstrated domain knowledge of enterprise-wide ERP-related functional business, technical processes, and configurations (enterprise functions include Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain), preferrable Infor LX.- Ability to generate business unit and enterprise-wide reports using reporting technologies.- Ability to be flexible about project changes and dynamically mitigate risks in the moment with mid-course corrective action.- Appropriately manages customer expectations regarding scope, schedule, and budgetary parameters.- Experience in developing solutions as a software developer.- Proficient with eliciting ERP integration requirements.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn new things.- Self-motivated, and a problem solver.Puesto: Administracion**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
