This individual will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, efficient and compliant payroll processing for our national organization.**Key Responsibilities**:- Update payroll data changes in the payroll system- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. Ensure that documents received are properly completed and authorized prior to processing.- Review payroll reports prior to the live production of the payroll.- Reconcile data errors and communicates/ records corrective action.- Process payroll related activities such as deposits to employees’ bank accounts, payroll banking issues, etc.- Respond to external inquiries from government agencies, banks, etc. Respond to employee and management inquiries related to payroll.- Assist with balancing year end payroll filings and year end reports according to Federal, State and Local legislation and deadlines (i.e. W-2s).- Assist with projects and assignments as required.**Requirements**:- 3+ years of experience in a payroll role within a national organization.- advanced level of English- degree in a related field (Office Administration, Accounting, Payroll) is preferred.- In-depth knowledge of the GlobalView (ADP) SAP based payroll system.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).- Solid understanding of Payroll Administration and Human Resources practices and procedures.- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.**Benefits**We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.**Our commitment to you**Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
