Descripción y detalle de las actividadesKnowledge in injection molding processes (machinery, molds, materials and process in general), familiar with 120T-500T machines and knowledge in automation systems such as motors, air system and PLC. Coordinate, assign, execute, and supervise the proper implementation of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs for the systems, machinery, and equipment under responsibility. Keep the inventory parts control and manage the technician team.Main Activities:- Manage the Injection molding process (Compliance with production plan, machine repair, daily review of machines operating condition, maintenance, mold changes and general supervision).- Management of all production equipment and Jig's.it means Checking the condition of all machines and jigs every day. Elaborate the annual maintenance- Management of the company's facilities (Electrical maintenance, panels, water pipes, etc.).- Management of GR technicians. Supervise the activities of all technicians andsupport them., verify compliance with daily activities assigned to technicians, ensure that repairs have been carried out according to the technicians' activity log.- Manage the Inventory control of maintenance parts.- Support to production. Ensure compliance with the production plan and meet quality standards by ensuring the maintenance of the production line.- Knowledge in satety.Experiência y requisitos- Carrera en Ingeniería en Mecatrónica o Técnico Superior Universitario- Inglés avanzado (requisito indispensable).- Dominio de office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc).- Experiência comprobable.
