So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly new directions**Your ‘day to day’**As a **Payroll Delivery Specialist** based in **Guadalajara, Jalisco**, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll for employees in Mexico. Your day-to-day will include:- Managing end-to-end payroll cycles with precision and compliance.- Validating payroll data including bonuses, deductions, and adjustments.- Preparing payroll reports and supporting audits.- Responding to employee inquiries related to payroll.- Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities.**Who we’re looking for**- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.- Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, tax withholdings, labor laws).- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.**What do we offer**Our success depends on our dedicated employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
