At Apptegy, you'll lead our Content Migration team, ensuring seamless content transitions for schools while enhancing their website design. This role combines hands-on migration expertise with team leadership, fostering a positive and results-driven environment. As a working lead, you will also actively participate in content migration tasks or jump in to assist the team directly where needed, ensuring project momentum and providing hands-on support.What You'll Do:As a Content Migration Team Lead, you will:Lead Content Migration:- Oversee content migration from old platforms to Apptegy's CMS, improving website presentation and user experience.- Ensure high-quality standards and drive process efficiency.Coach & Develop Team:- Provide regular coaching and feedback to support individual and peer growth.- Identify strengths, encourage collaboration, and maintain high performance expectations.- Address team barriers and partner with HR on performance challenges.Drive Accountability & Adaptability:- Ensure team accountability for goals and outcomes, celebrating successes and addressing underperformance.Champion Client Needs:- Understand client needs and industry pain points, demonstrating how Apptegy creates value.- Communicate openly, empathetically, and provide relevant context for team success.What You'll Bring:Proven experience in content migration or web development.Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.Commitment to accountability and continuous improvement.Curiosity about client needs and technology's value.
