If you are an expert in Data Analysis and Visualization then this role is just for you**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**Data & Analytics team purpose is to Revolutionize business decisions through AI, and Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for Data Analysis & Visualization, Report Creation, Scenario / Requirements Gathering & Analysis, connector creation and data transformation in alignment with Unilever best practices and standards.**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**Certification through Trainings and Courses related with Data Visualization and Management.Bachelor degree in Statistics, Data engineering or related fields.Experience in Analytics or Visualization fields.Projects in Data acquisition, data storage, data management and visualization.Experience showcasing analytics results.**Experiences & Qualifications**- Develop Power BI visualizations.- Fluent in Data modelling and ETL process to ensure data ecosystem.- Fluent in DAX language to create KPIs within reports and visualizations.- Responsible end to end from the visualization and data management requirements to guarantee timelines and assertive communication with stakeholders.- Establish governance and Ways of Working with teams across the organization to ensure correct delivery of reports and visualizations in time and manner.- Impulse the business to drive action based on the analysis created.- Work with teams across the company and externally to build and/or deliver a variety of analytical solutions to support critical business decisions.- Work together with business teams across the organization to identify and design solutions through an analytical and visualization lens.- Communicate analytical results to key non-technical stakeholders in a nuanced and articulated manner to get their buy-in and sponsorship.- Provide analytical methodologies to understand and address key business questions and problem statements.- Work together with business teams across the organization to identify and design solutions through an analytical lens.- Implement new data and analytic products, and identify enhancements in current solutions.- Willing to download data information from external data sources.**Skills**- Azure- Power BI- DAX- Excel- Power Query**Leadership**Personal Mastery, Agility, Passion for High-Performance
