Policyholders can submit various receipts (meals, miscellaneous items, transportation, hotel receipts) for reimbursement when their home is damaged.**Responsibilities**:- Accurately upload receipts submitted by policyholders into the system.- Document key receipt details (vendor name, time and date, location, notes, amount).- Perform initial reviews of receipts to verify completeness and accuracy.- Flag and address any inconsistencies or missing information.- Collaborate with the audit team for seamless processing of reviewed receipts.- Support team members during high workload periods to boost productivity.- Requirements:- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Basic proficiency with data entry tools and software; familiarity with receipt management systems is a plus.- Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred but not required.- The most important for them is to find someone who has technology knowledge, able to learn about auditing and reporting, someone who's able to cover different roles (proactive) background of analytics or even graphic design would be ideal but not a must, someone with an admin type of work experience, but is a very entry level position.**Nível de educación deseada**:Media Superior**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Inicial**Función departamental**:Tecnología / Internet**Industria**:Internet**Habilidades**:- Proficiency in Microsoft 365- Advanced english- Strong organizational skills
