Therefore, we need talented and innovative people who are passionate about what they do.PepsiCo Mexico currently has a broad portfolio of food and beverage products, such as Sabritas, Gamesa, Quaker, Pepsi, Obela and Sonrics, leading brands in the snacks, cereals, soft drinks, isotonic and cookies markets respectively.Now we are looking for this position:**IT APPLICATIONS & CONTROL ANALYST****Main Purpose****Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**- Execute IT User accesss and SoD controls: User Access resquest processing, User Access recertification, Tearminated Users, SoD analysis, monitoring of Dormant accounts, Privileged Access recertification and monitoring, Password configuration and monitoring- Self-testing of above mentioned controls and reporting of results- Maintain an audit trail of control execution and testing- Remediate control deficiencies- Understand the framework, policy requirements related scope of work, including objective, risks and the importance of the control- GCS portal updateIdentify areas for further improvements and optimization for both control execution and testing- Support implementation of automation initiatives**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Qualifications / Requirements**:- Work Experience: 2-3 years, preferred IT GC security past experience- Fluent English language (read/write) is a must- MS Office suite and technical aptitude to learn new software- Client and delivery orientation- Positive attitude and sincere team player- Self-motivated and willing to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment- Manage deadlines / timeframes, proactively escalating issues as needed- Ability to effectively engage and work with a global team**_Other preferred Skills:_**:- Knowledge of Spanish/Portuguese is a plus- Understanding of the GCS framework, auditing standards, and financial/operations controlsKnowledge of/experience with Tableau, RPAs, PowerApps- Ability to work independently across many levels in the organization**This job is Location Free: Able to work in any estate of México.**If you have the profile that we are looking, send us your CV by this via, if it's possible that you can participate in this process we will contact you ASAP, if not we will keep your info in our base data for 6 months.**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo**Relocation Eligible**: No Aplicable (N/A)**Job Type**: Indefinido
