This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.- Ensure compliance with safety, ergonomics, and 6S standards within the area.- Lead and manage team training and certification processes, including updates to the skills matrix.- Conduct daily start-up meetings to align team objectives.- Reassign team members based on organizational changes and priorities.- Contribute to the creation and updating of logistics procedures.- Manage inventory accuracy, ensuring a minimum 95% reliability rate.- Support the Annual Inventory process, from pre-counts to final reconciliation.- Drive initiatives to meet service level goals in quality, delivery time, and productivity.- Monitor and report logistics KPIs.- Ensure data accuracy for effective decision-making.- Receive and manage non-standard materials.- Oversee and follow up on administrative controls.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics.- Knowledge of material supply and flow processes.- SAP experience (preferred).- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Availability to work rotating shifts.- High sense of responsibility and ownership of area.- Material handling and care.- Customer service orientation.- Ability to manage personnel effectively.- Adaptability to changing situations and dynamic environments.- Flexibility to meet diverse operational requirements.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement
