What are you waiting for?**Description & Qualifications**:DescriptionAbout Us:UKG Workforce Business Consultant - Supporting LATAM & North AmericaUKG Workforce Business Consultants are Workforce Management and Human Capital Management experts partnering with the Sales team to ensure the potential value of UKG solutions are fully understood by our customers and prospects. Workforce Business Consultants support our sales teams in a complex sales environment engaging in various presales consulting activities including value discovery, data analysis, business case and financial justifications, executive presentations, value realization analysis, and overall collaboration on the selling process with the sales team to ensure that our customers recognize, understand, and achieve the full value of UKG solutions. UKG Value Consultants work closely with our customers and prospects to deliver a data-driven business case and ROI justification for investment in UKG Solutions.About You:- Work on-site and remotely with prospective clients to understand the client’s high-level strategic goals that can be impacted by improved workforce management practices- Establish goals and define supporting workforce management initiatives and solutions- Define the benefits that will accrue to the company if the initiatives are successful and create this linkage in a tailored Business Case presentation- Must be comfortable working with end users, middle-level managers, and C-level executives in this process- Deliver innovative and compelling presentations of business case deliverables in a high energy, clear, and compelling manner that differentiates UKG and builds confidence in the audience that UKG is the solution of choice- Represent UKG as the thought leader in both Workforce Management and Human Capital Management- Document solutions and identified gaps, as well as qualitative and quantitative Financial impact studies and benefit analysis- Deep data analysis to prove critical business issues that can be resolved by implementing UKG solutions- Possess an understanding of the consultative sales cycle and sales techniques, an understanding of general consulting processes well as strong presentation skills- You will be viewed as a trusted adviser for Workforce Management and HCM within the LATAM and Puerto Rico regions, as well as North America as needed- Exceptionally strong presentation skills are required, as well as good interpersonal and organizational skills- Outstanding writing and business communication skills- Ability to execute and create trust during client interviews- Strong data analysis ability, preferably using MicroStrategy or PowerBI- Strong Financial Business Acumen- BS or equivalent experience required- Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.**Qualifications**:**Requirements**:- 3+ years of experience working directly with a Workforce Management software or consulting organization working directly in HCM Vertical space- 1+ year of experience in Value Consulting or Value Engineering, ROI experience, Business case development- Fluent in both English and Spanish.**EEO Statement**:**Equal Opportunity Employer**Ultimate Kronos Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment.
