About the Role
Own a portfolio of customer accounts as the primary contact in a digital marketing agency. Coordinate delivery across SEO, paid media, content and web teams, using project-management systems to keep customer work organized and on track.
Key Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of customer accounts as the primary agency contact. Coordinate SEO, paid media, content and web delivery across teams. Use project-management software to keep customer work on track. Qualifications 5+ years owning customer accounts as the primary contact in a digital marketing agency. Experience owning cross-channel digital marketing delivery for a customer portfolio. Click Up or similar project-management software experience is preferred. Experience in a full-service marketing agency and serving local or service businesses is preferred.
