What you will do Drive timely resolution of in-service and flight test findings through leading technical investigations and step back reviews. Lead and support engineering design changes focused on producibility and reducing cost. Coordinate with the Program Technical Manager (PTM), Component Engineering Teams, Program, Supply Chain and Aftermarket to track design changes that involve integration across multiple components and support ship unit cost and weight management. Coordinate Design Reviews and root cause analysis investigations with Internal and External Stakeholders on Engine Build Up (EBU) components and other nacelle systems. Develop and maintain visual controls metrics and schedules to ensure timely completion of analysis/design activities. Support timely development of design change notes (DCN) to incorporate design changes in serial production. Back up Coordinator for Engineering Coordination Memos (ECMs), understanding export control markings, compliance, and tracking. Lead regular technical meetings such as metrics management, change board and fleet issue RRCA reviews. Qualifications Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience. Experience with Aerospace Engineering Design and analysis. Project Management experience. Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally to support program and customer initiatives.
