**Actividades**:- Servicio de Soporte a Redes LAN, WLAN y WAN- Soporte de segundo y tercer nível.- Con certificación CCNP.- Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado- Conocimiento en manejo de Servidores, Almacenamiento, VMware- Conocimiento Netapp Avanzado deseable- Administración de Servicios de red: Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Radius.- Conocimientos de metodología ITIL- Conocimientodeenlacesdedicados:MPLS,E1s,VPN,L2L,Metroethernet,SDH.- Manejo de cableado estructurado y fibra óptica.- Soporte de primer nível para actividades en sitio.- Para soporte a diferentes clientes.- Horario de 8 a 18 de Lunes a Viernes, con disponibilidad el fin de semana y cambio de horario si el negocio lo requiere.- Disponibilidad del ingeniero en 24x7 en caso de falla o de emergencia.- Disponibilidad para viajar, dentro y fuera del país.**Skills**:- CCNP certificado activo- VCP valido - deseable (nível de conocimientos equivalente en Vmware, experiência comprobable)- Conocimiento intermedio-avanzado de servidores windows, linux.- Ingles nível intermedio-avanzado - NECESARIO- “Stand by phone” durante la noche - NECESARIO TENER DISPONIBILIDAD- Coche propio para trasladarse - NECESARIO- Capaz de realizar escalamiento- Capaz de realizar escalamiento con proveedores para temas de garantías y soporte.- Control y actualización de cambios- Manejo y control de sistema de tickets- Actualización de documentación (manuales, procedimientos)**Soft skills**:- Proactividad- Actitud de servicio- Capacidad para resolución de problemas- Disposición de aprendizaje constante- Trabajo en equipo**Ofrecemos**:- Prestaciones superiores a las de ley.- Capacitación constante- Crecimiento dentro de la misma empresa.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesHorario:- De guardia- Horario flexible- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorroTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadExperiência:- Soporte Redes LAN y WLAN: 5 años (Obligatorio)- Ingeniero o Ingeniera de Redes: 7 años (Obligatorio)- Manejo de proyectos: 3 años (Obligatorio)Licencia/Certificación:- CCNP (Obligatorio)
