The Founder recognized an unmet need for remote Spanish-speaking employees in the U.S and the underutilized parallelism between Mexico and the U.S. Leveraging the understanding of the U.S, standard time zones, and similarity in work ethic, Tele-Help delivers the people and skills U.S companies require.**The Role**:Recruiter**Responsibilities**:- Demonstrated ability to shake trees - Our clients are looking for the best REMOTE talent, which sometimes means being creative.- Creative use of sourcing and recruitment strategies- A proven knack for identifying talent, career arc, and potential fit - Can you pick up on a subtle resume, profile, communication, and other shows across cultures? In technical and non-technical roles? For introverts and extroverts and everything in between?- Oversee the entire recruitment process - You’ll be attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires from everywhere.**Required Skills**:- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools and technology.**Requirements**:Advanced English.Computer with webcam, mic, and strong wifiMXN 6000 per monthPay: $6,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Recursos Humanos: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Advance English (required)
