Location - Permannt RemoteMEXICO/MEXICO - MEX/MEXICO CITYAs an Agile Coach, you will work with Client Delivery Teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and the NTT DATA Business Agility Enablement team to assist with ongoing deployment of Agile practices across clients. In fulfilling this role, you will work directly with teams to deliver training, coaching, and written documentation on Agile practices, tools, and techniques to support our goal of returning the highest possible value to our businesses.**Once You Are Here, You Will**:- Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and team members and guide them through their Lean-Agile Adoption.- Establish and steer Agile Center of Excellence, set guidance, standards and practices needed for successful agile transformation.- Plan Strategic Agile Transformation tailored to fit the organizational need.- Utilize industry best practices; plan and execute custom coaching plan at the Portfolio, Program and Team level.- Manage the coaching of multiple, distributed teams collaborating as ARTs.- Influence at all levels of the organization to help implementing recommended changes.- Perform in various agile roles, including Scrum Master, where needed.**Required Qualifications**:- Spanish Speakers a big plus- 10+ years of work experience managing IT full development life cycle projects where you were responsible for budget and on-time delivery.- 5+ years in a customer-facing role where you partnered with stakeholders to guide them through Lean-Agile adoptions, including comprehending business needs, solving complex problems, and capturing business requirements- 5+ years SAFe experience working with ART at the team and program levels- 2+ year experience with Scrum/Kanban Methodologies- Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or other Agile Certification required- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience- Able to travel as needed for project assignments after travel returns to normal (25%-50%)**Ideal Mindset**:- Team Player.
