Headquartered in Texas, Centris has become one of the most rapidly growing inbound customer service hubs in Mexico with locations in Monterrey and Aguascalientes."We are looking for a **Data Collection Analyst **in Monterrey, NL.(Work on site)The Data Collection Analyst will be responsible for providing professional support services to the Cluster Strategy team and ensuring a high level of internal client satisfaction. The Data Collection Analyst will research and collect market intelligence data on off-street and on-street parking for a specific set of municipalities and venues. The market data must be filled out promptly using market research tools and publicly available data.**Job Function**- Utilize all Customer legacy tools to complete client requests.- Maintain engagement with Customer to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data- Identify when escalation is needed, and obtain necessary information from Customer**Preferred Job Requirements**- 2-4 years of client service experience- Proactive, detail-oriented, problem-solver who is committed to accuracy- Ability to provide courteous and empathetic support while following company guidelines and best in class in class standards- Possess a sense of urgency and the ability to ask appropriate probing questions to ensure the complete nature of a request is well defined.- Ability to adapt quickly and handle stress in difficult situations- Experience in conducting primary market research and validating findings using market research databases.- Exceptional computer skills and the aptitude for learning new systems (Google Suite and Microsoft Suite)- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in using video conferencing tools, such as Google Meet- Parking industry experience is a plus**Schedule**:Monday-Friday from 8am- 6 am.- **Resource located in US CST or EST timezone**_Pay: $14,900.00 per monthWork Location: In person
