**Vacante para la empresa KM Headhunters de Mexico en La Mesa -Tijuana, Baja California**:Descripción y detalle de las actividadesAccounting and AP Assistant performs accounting and clerical tasks that are related to accounts payable transactions.Their duties include receiving and logging invoices,maintaining and updating an accounts payable ledger and generating financial statements and reports.- Communicate with relevant suppliers to process invoicing or payment queries- Attach the correct documentation to invoices and reconciling purchase orders to invoices received- Post invoices and credit notes and ensuring they’re coded correctly in the system- Prepare monthly supplier statement reconciliations- Prepare and process supplier payments- Ensure that all accounting and accounts payable activities comply with relevant financial policies and procedures- Investigate and resolve outstanding vendor issuesExperiência y requisitos- Billingual- Working knowledge of general accounting procedures- IT literacy, including knowledge of relevant accounting software, such as Contpaq and ERP systems- Strong organizational skills, as typically handle high volumes of invoices- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to actively listen to others and relay information clearly- The ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and purchasing department.- The ability to work well in a team and collaborate with othersMUST sent Resume in English****Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - cursando**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Manufactura / Operaciones**Industria**:Manufactura, Bienes de Consumo**Habilidades**:- Accounts Payable US company- high volume of vendor invoices- Reconciliation vendor statemen- Meet dashboard metrics related- month-end closing processes
