They believe, like we do, that we can grow exponentially while having fun and being one of the best places to work in solar.**About the position**:Join us as a Photovoltaic Design Analyst to bring clean solar energy to Mexico Work with our Operations team and play a critical role in achieving Bright’s goals by aligning the Operations team with the company's priorities. You'll be responsible for ensuring the best customer journey for customers in the approval phase by giving first-hand technical solutions and follow-up. Finally, this position is in charge of analyzing the procurement of Bright products to deliver an efficient installation to our clients.Tareas**Your tasks and responsibilities will be**:- Design approval:- 100% Compliance with Design Approval is in service level agreement.- Warranty the accomplishment of Bright quality standards in Designs- Ensure 100% of predesigns are approved at least one hour before the sales visit.- Technical Information approval and Technical Visits revision:- 100% Compliance with the Technical Information Approval service level agreement.- 100% Compliance with Technical Visit submission service level agreement.- Enable two Top-priority slots for Technical Information revision and design approval.- Special Installation follow-up with Customer Enjoyment and Installations teams.- Give information about the design when requested by Operations and Maintenance and Customer Enjoyment.- Design creation:- Warranty the accomplishment of Bright quality design standards.- Ensure redesigns, On-site, After, and other redesigns are created on service level agreement.- Procurement cost creation:- Ensure that electrical components and installation calculations are following Mexican standards.**Requisitos**:**We’re looking for someone who**:- Is comfortable speaking English and communicating concisely.- Has the following skills:- Nearly graduates up to 5 years of experience in the clean energy industry- Is comfortable speaking English and communicating concisely.- Has the following skills:- Electrical Wiring Knowledge.- Be able to create electrical wiring calculations respecting the Mexican electrical norms.- Detail oriented.- Can identify all possible obstacles that can affect our system’s production.- Creativity.- Can think out of the box to solve technical problems.- Organization.- Be able to deliver all the information needed according to tour standards, and can provide deliverables on the time needed (Service Level Agreement).- Communication.- Be able to communicate effectively with your team members and other departments- Desirable: Experience with 3D modeling and Photovoltaic software.Beneficios**Benefits**:- The opportunity to learn first hand about the distributed generation regulatory scheme in México while being a part of the fastest-growing startup in the country.- A fun, high-caliber team that trusts you and gives you the freedom to be brilliant.- Possibility to earn equity at Bright.- Private health insurance.- Access to cost-free mental health care.- Parental leave.- Access to top tier mentorship programs.- Remote work.- Private health insurance.- Remote work (40 hrs a week).- Private health insurance.- Salary range: $15,000 MXN - $20,000 MXN monthly gross.
