Commercial Awareness: Understand market trends, customer needs, and effectively position Intelligent Devices in the market. Communication and Presentation: Strong communication skills to convey technical information and value propositions clearly. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, sub Business Units, and distributor principals. Strategic Thinking: Develop and execute strategic plans for each Intelligent Devices Business Unit. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and technological advancements within the Intelligent Devices domain. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to align strategies and goals across various sub Business Units. Influencing Skills: Leadership by influence, driving collaboration with specialists in each sub Business Unit.- Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.- Proven experience in a presales support role, preferably within the Intelligent Devices industry.- In-depth knowledge of Intelligent Devices technologies, including Studio 5000, IAB, PLC programming with Contrologix and Compactlogix, Industrial Control, Sensors, Safety Devices, Motion Control, AMR, Distributed I/O, and small controllers.- Familiarity with proposal tools and the Integrated Architecture concept. Strong commercial skills, including the ability to understand customer needs and effectively position Intelligent Devices technologies.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a network within the company, sub Business Units, and with distributor principals.- Strategic thinking and leadership skills.- #LI-AP2
