We areseeking a talented Data Analytics Senior Analyst for the Sales Analyticsteam. This individual will contribute to our efforts in transforming complexdata into clear and actionable insights and dashboards for our ProfessionalServices sales team.**Responsibilities**Use Tableau to create interactive and intuitive visualizationsDevelop a deep understanding of enterprise data and operationaldetails of the business (e.g., key datasets, business drivers/KPIs).Build predictive analytics models to forecast trends and earlywarning signals in key business areasAssist in wrangling data sets using Salesforce, SQL, and Tableau todiscover patterns, correlate findings, and measure the impact on thebusiness and key metricsAutomate manual reporting processes and improve data qualityPartner with and consult Professional Services sellers and salesleadership to provide accurate data/information and makerecommendations for how to run the business**Basic Qualifications:**- 2+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, data analysisStrong hands-on knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets/ExcelKnow how to extract, manipulate and transform dataBasic understanding of data modeling and relational databases likeSnowflake.Strong communication skillsAble to translate complex technical results into clear, actionableinsightsCross-functional collaboration and influencing skills, with a trackrecord of impacting decisions at both strategic and executional levelsStrong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teamsAbility to quickly grasp technological and business concepts**Preferred Qualifications:**Knowledge of Salesforce product, platform features, and capabilitiesSales/GTM knowledgeBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related fieldData Science knowledgeBackground in professional services or SaaS industryConsultative backgroundUnleash Your PotentialAccommodationsPosting StatementSalesforce is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a policy of non-discrimination with all employees and applicants for employment.
