This data-driven position requires a blend of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills to effectively manage category strategy and seasonality consumption moments with our merchant base.Role Responsibilities:- Engagement of merchants to our platform as well as the growth of their online performance, via a combination of online and offline strategies in terms of promotions and seasonalities.- Building deep data insights and understanding of our existing merchants in the local culture, in order to build your own growth-oriented methodologies and initiatives.- Using data to understand merchant and category performance, and identify areas for improvement as we grow our business, in terms of category placement, seasonal selection and joint promotions.Role Qualifications:- University graduates with bachelor degrees, or experienced professionals with experience in preferably online Grocery (or Food) delivery business, especially in (user) operations roles.- Previous operational/analytical experience in strategy operations, data analytics, consulting, investment banking, or in tech industry, is a plus.- Data driven and strong analytical thinking.- Excellent strategic thinking and evolving mindset.- Self-motivated, self-directed and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
