En Nexu estamos buscando a alguien que se obsesione con la calidad de sus modelos, que entienda el impacto de sus líneas de código en el negocio y que no se quede solo en notebooks.Si te apasiona la ciencia de datos aplicada y quieres trabajar con un equipo que valora el rigor técnico tanto como el impacto, esta es para ti Ubicación: CDMX / Híbrido Lo que harás Construir modelos y algoritmos que mejoran decisiones clave (riesgo, crédito, cobranza, growth). Escribir SQL sólido para preparar y validar datos. Programar en Python con buenas prácticas: OOP, documentación y testing automatizado . Diseñar pruebas y validaciones para asegurar que los modelos sean confiables antes y después de producción. Colaborar con Producto, Ingeniería y Comercial para resolver problemas reales con datos. Adoptar MLOps : versionado, monitoreo y pipelines reproducibles. Lo que buscamos +4 años como Data Scientist . SQL avanzado (queries complejas, validación, optimización). Python fuerte (OOP + testing). Capacidad de explicar modelos a negocio. Deseable: MLOps, Docker, detección de anomalías. Experiencia en ML supervisado y no supervisado. Bonus Points si… Has trabajado con modelos generativos, embeddings o IA conversacional Sabes implementar soluciones reproducibles, versionables y monitoreadas Tienes experiencia diseñando soluciones en ambientes complejos o de misión crítica ¿Qué te espera en Nexu?
