Senior QA Automation Engineer - Android Open Video project focused on developing an OTT platform for one of the largest North American TV providers. We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to ensure software quality through automated testing. You will create, maintain, and execute automated test cases, identify and report bugs, and verify fixes to ensure a seamless user experience. Responsibilities Create, maintain, and execute automated test cases for Android platforms. Identify, report, and verify defects and fixes to ensure software quality and a smooth user experience. Collaborate with development and QA teams in a fast-paced environment to improve product quality. Mandatory Skills Description: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and report findings effectively. Experience in writing and executing test cases to ensure software quality. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently. Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up abilities to manage tasks effectively. Hands-on experience in testing Android platforms, ensuring functionality and performance. Proficiency with version control and CI/CD tools, including Git, JIRA, Bitbucket, and Jenkins. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working in an Agile environment. Development experience with Java and test automation frameworks, including Appium, Selenium, and Webdriver.io. Knowledge and experience with essential debugging tools, such as Android Studio, Charles Proxy, and ADB logcat. Experience with Spring Boot.
