Role Context Oversee outreach, grow and manage the networks of partners, beneficiaries, employees and public interest groups and effectively engage the community for all WE / WSN programs. Networks Management Management of our networks : universities, associations, consultants, private sector, entrepreneurs, start-up environment and internal network (speakers, conferences, etc.) to generate interest and create rapport. Community Building Organize community-building activities / meetups to build interest among the entrepreneur ecosystem to connect and collaborate for WE programs. Public Relations Strategy Create and develop the Public Relations strategy for WF Mexico, build and maintain a positive public image and increase awareness of the WF brand. Lead Generation Conduct calls, send emails and connect via social media to generate leads of key persons, schedule first meetings for onboarding them onto the WE products and strategies. Key Responsibilities Planning and directing the development of programs to maintain favourable public and stakeholder views of the organization's agenda and accomplishments. Organising and attending promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits. Building goodwill among an organization's target market through community, philanthropic and special programs and events. Identifying target audiences, developing and sharing information tailored to audience preferences, handling crisis communications and dealing with negative information about a client while protecting their reputation. Preparing and editing organizational publications, including employee newsletters or stakeholder reports, for internal and external audiences. Writing press releases and other media communications to promote clients. Responding to requests for information release or press conferences from the media or designating a spokesperson or source of information. Analysing media coverage. Skills & Experience A seasoned professional with 4–6 years' experience in the entrepreneur / start-up ecosystem in a similar role with a reputed incubator / accelerator / start-up ecosystem enablement role. Bachelor degree in journalism, PR, marketing or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Sales and business-development experience preferred. Ability to work on large-scale strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks. Ability to think both creatively and strategically. Ability to run PR campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives. Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills. Understanding of social media and solid experience working with business influencers. Project and budget management skills. Responds well under pressure with strict time limits. Quick and enthusiastic learner. Deep experience with CRM software. Creating a technology-focused training academy for up-skilling policymakers, bureaucrats and technocrats with relevant technologies and the application of the same to their respective ministries and missions.
