**What you will do?**:- **Coordinate certifications and re-certifications, ensuring training is designed, delivered and evaluated for consistency.**:- **Prepare and teach technical programs to help workers learn new technical skills.**:- **Design training material to certificate critical and non-critical skills Maintains training records**:- **Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.**:- **Develop onboarding programs for new employees.**:- **Maintains expert-level knowledge**:- **Train the trainers to be multifunctional**:- **Provide re training according to the performance results**:- **Participate in the launch of new products**:- **Coordinate trainers in the three different shifts**:- **Participate in Kaizen Events or Safety interviews to improve training process Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses**:- **Provide timely reporting on employee capabilities.**:- **Evaluate program effectiveness by seeking trainee feedback.**:**How you will do it?**:**- **Teamwork**:- **Communication**:- **Time management**:- **Leadership**:- **Emotional Intelligence**:- **Presentation Skills**:- **Relationship building**:- **Persuasion and influencing**:**What are we looking for?**:- **Internal Instructor certification**:- **Excellent interpersonal and communication skills**:- **Comfortable talking in front of a group as well as one on one with an individual**:- **Able to give and receive feedback effectively**:- **Critical Skill Certification (Electrical Installation, Functional Test, Brazing, Vacuum & Leak)**:
